After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We process orders in the order in which they are received and strive to send your goods within 1-3 working days; however if goods are unavailable, we will notify you straight away, and let you know what the story is.
